AUTUMN AERIAL SKILLS 5 DAYS INTENSIVE COURSE

This intensive course is a four days of training 28th-31st October 2024 (Silks, Hoop, Trapeze , Rope and straps) . Photoshoot on Friday 1st November.

Additional classes such as stretch, contortion, yoga, pole dance, stage combat.

This course is an open level experience. From beginners to advanced Aerialists looking to improve technique and expand repertoire.

Schedule example

10:00 am Warm up – 15 minutes

10:15am Class 1 – 1 hour

Break 15 min

11:30am Class 2 – 1 hour

Lunch 12:30pm

1:15pm Class 3 - 1 hr

2:15pm Class 4 - 45

3:pm Cool Down - 15 minutes.
